I am looking for a thread with a bit more information about installing an in-tank fuel pump for a tbi Chevrolet 350 install. First of all is there a thread that already addresses this install, or have anyone had experience with this mod. I would like to have the correct plan before I start. Thank you.

I realize now that I have left out some very important information. It is an 84 fj60. I just so happen to have a pump from the previous owner. I removed the tank, and drilled a 3" hole just above the fuel pick up and return baffle box. So far so good. I have to use a flexible hose to connect the outlet of the pump to the rigid supply termination on the tank. Has anyone made gaskets suitable for a fuel tank. Will any rubber do? Also how to seal around the wires leaving the tank.
