I read some of the posts of the guys that have left their truck and come back with parts missing. I have a freind with his 4Runner left tonight, plan on doing what I can tomorrow, but not sure what is wrong. if anyone could help that would be great. Call me @ 259-3169 . Looking for an early start

Yes, my buddy is broke down somewhere near burque.. Just was wondering if any of the local guys here could help. I have biked this road many times but have not drove it in my 4runner. He says he needs a tow, but my 4banger can only do so much. I did not give the info has to where it is because of posts of people stealing from rigs.

Very smart.



You can do a lot with a 22R and a 22RE. grab your high lift jack and get him unstuck and then pull him home.

It might help to list kinda the place he is in. Not the exact location, just kinda the place. New Mexico is a pretty big state.

Talked with Rudy this AM--sounds like something electrical is going on with the truck up at the Dixon Apple Orchards near Cochiti Lake. He is going to scout it out and see how bad the stuck is and if they can get the truck out on it's own power (lots of rain up there the past few days I guess).

He is going to call and let me know the progress.

THey got the truck running and are coming down from the mountain.

What luck my freind has. Electrical shorted out a few times down the mountain, but made it to the hiway. As I following him down I started smelling smoke. Thought my truck at first but it was his rear diff. Made it back though and left his truck at the shop. Thanks for willing to help guys.
