Effective immediately, Flash-based image uploads are disabled. There have been growing issues with Flash over the past year or two, and some browsers have simply disabled Flash entirely in recent weeks. Rather than answer 1000 user questions on why their Flash-based attachment attempts are failing, I've opted to disable it entirely.
As soon as I find a new solution for multiple file uploads, I'll get it installed...looking at one now, and may experiment with it later this week. Relies on HTML5, which is far more secure than Flash. Has a few current bugs noted, waiting for those to clear up.
