Either I'm the smartest man alive, or a little bit more redneck than I would like to admit. I remove the 60 part of my back seat and mounted my GIANT edgestar. I used a 1X4 screwed into the seat mounts, then looped ratchet straps through the handle mounts on the fridge. It's more secure than just sitting back there like I was planning on doing!

I think your a little bit of both, great idea with a little bit of common sense. LOL, most of us become OCD about this kind of stuff. I'm sure you will keep tweaking that until you get it to the OCD status!
