Decided to upgrade to an Alu-Cab soon. Less than 1 year old Gordigear Explorer Plus that comes with extensions for the ladder and annex as well as the annex itself all in great and clean condition. This is the Cadillac of soft-top Rooftop Tents with waterproofing impregnated into the canvas and a 3" thick mattress.

Found a photo of the time we setup the annex (without the floor extension). The annex is a great setup for families or large-dog owners as it makes for more enclosed sleeping space.
