After some quick measuring, the cutouts are all complete on the under carpet barrier. Now just have to make all the holes for the seat mounts and spray on the adhesive to lay down. Got a few PM's on what I was using for the material so here's some pics.

Installed some rally armor flaps that fit much better than the stock when you have sliders and armor. Used the factory screws and mount locations, just cut to fit. Pretty simple and flexible so it shouldn't tear off as easily on the rocks. Installing the front ones next.

We had a set here at my shop in stock, they retail for about $35 a set of 4. It's stupid cheap but the quality is actually great.

Some more progress this last week. Was able to install all the JL Audio 6.5" component speakers on all 4 doors along with the tweeters. Wired up the head unit and amps. Installed the floor carpet and 2nd row.

Welded in a 1" steel angle as a frame around the cutout for the tail gate storage to strengthen it.

Cleaned up the front seats and center console and got a new pair of JDM visors ready to install.
Got all the door led's in and took a picture of the trunk with the overhead speaker leds on.

Some more interior paint. No matter how much I clean, the original color was tarnished. So might as well paint these too. Can't tell you how new it looks. It's addicting.

No, that didn't happen. It's not my truck, owner's name is Bob and I purchased his 2nd row seats from him since they were practically untouched from when he bought his rig new. He hauls a large camper all around the world as a photographer. I do not believe he is a mud member though.
Spoke to him quite a bit about his setup and this is one overbuilt (if there is such a thing) truck.

It's insane, he had 4 trans coolers, two of which were in place of the rear space tire area.

Got all 7 led lights mounted up on the roof rack and 1 bar on the front bumper.

Installed 2 Sparco tow straps to be used to help me get up inside the cargo area. Rated at 6600lbs just in case I gain some weight.
