Ignition coil wiring.

Where does this wire coming off of the bottom of the coil go. Is it a ground

Yes, it's an earth. Goes to one of the coil bracket bolts on my 95. Should be able to see the mark left by the bolt head on the terminal.
I may be all wrong here. No charcoal canister and suspect p.o. moved the wires around before also.
