Can someone tell me what's wrong with ifs. I own a 60 so I know how durable solid axles are, but I've seen guy's with 4runners beat the snot out of them and have yet to see one break. Is it rare for ifs to hold up to extreme offroading? I keep reading negative comment's on the fjcruiser front ends and I was hoping to get some more info on this subject.

Most people's issues involve the following two reasons:

1: More complicated than SAS, which adds to the durability/breakability issue.

2. Less wheel travel than a SAS. Sometimes a LOT less wheel travel.
