So I boogered up the threads on a few of my Manual Hub Studs. I finally got around to removing them. It took a LARGE pair of channel locks. I then promptly forgot and drove around for some months with 4 of 6 hub stud assemblies bolted on. I have a trail run this weekend and thought I’d better get the other two assemblies installed. I had some trouble finding a dealer that had any in stock, because I had waited too long. I noticed in the past the assemblies for the solid axle trucks are longer on the hub face side and use a split washer in place of the fender washer but otherwise a match. As you can see this worked and cleared the manual hub face. So it looks like solid axle will fit IFS but not the other way around as they might be a bit short.
