Long story short, the owner / CEO Jeff Sellers is a crook who is trying to force someone to pay for damage to a fence that he has already admitted and seen evidence to support the fact that it was damaged long before this guy slid into it. I was looking forward to making a trip there soon as Jason HODGES is always raving about how nice a place it is. I will never spend a dime there to support this place. I am afraid I will get sued for breaking a rock or maybe some dirt. Please pass this thread around to as many people as you can. Once you read Jeff's posts (and he just joined so he could respond) you will understand what an a$$hat this guy is.

read it this morning and can assure you & him that I for one will never ever remove 1 grain of dust of of the place!
do believe he should do what he says and close it to all but family.is the best possible solution before someone winds up going to the big house!

This place is 25-30 minutes from me. I have been a few times and never heard of this type of action. That's pretty pricey for a fence too. I know some other austin cruiserheads go here more than I, perhaps there are some pics pre-WTF that would show damage?? I will post a link in the Austin chapter with this and see if someone has a pic of that section.

Jason, if you look through the thread I linked on FJCruiserforums, there are pictures and even a YouTube video of that same section of fence being damaged. There is even one picture of the black FJC in question where you can see a hole in the fence where something / someone went through the fence. The Jeff Sellers guy is trying to say he never saw that hole before and that the FJC group must have done it. He is a thief who is knowingly trying to force an active military member to pay for damages he did not cause. It sucks that it has to be this way but we are trying make sure people know what they are getting in to by going to this park. If you want to support him or wheel his park it's fine by me. Just be aware you may find yourself in a similar situation.

Hey Mike-

I go there once a year if I am lucky. I dont know Daweism and am not on that forum, maybe someone is and can post this. But it sounds like Daweism needs to get an attorney. I do know a cruiserhead in San Antonio that is one and could handle this type of thing. I only know him because he bought an e-locker package from me last year. I kept his name/number in case I ever needed it- its one of those, "keep his number handy but hope you never have to call him".

That toothbrush is still with Clifford the trailer. It will be used during "special events". I owe a couple people some payback for that one.

It's funny that the guy Daweism was really not known by anyone, even on the FJC forum as he is new to the off road world. So new in fact, that he had never been wheeling before and I don't know how modded his FJ was before this incident. One of our members is an attorney and practices both in La and Tx. I was going to see if he could help. Daweism was offered a lot of info from a lot of people and the "get a lawyer" was brought up several times. He has turned it over to his insurance and they have assured him they will take care of it. The real issue is that Jeff Sellers is a scheister and there's no telling how many people he may have done this to already. Plus he attempted to pull the wool over our eyes by saying that he was done fighting with us on the FJC forum and he was not coming back. Within seconds he created another user account and tried to pretend to be a wheeler talking about how the members of the forum were ganging up on the poor owner of the park. The guy is a moron and has no idea about IP addresses and how computers work. He was outed within seconds of trying this. Just more proof of what an ass he is.

It's a beautiful park it's just sad that its ran by a guy like this. On your trip in August we had a problem with him doing thing that disregarded health and safety of those around us by his actions and the way he acts on trails

The reason I remembered it was the guy in front of me got his roof rack caught in that fence, we had to get out and hang of his bumper to get him up that section.
