Idle issues after o2 and egr replacement 97 FZJ80

The whole thing started with the Check Engine light. Did the OBD code thing and it told me that the pre cat o2 sensor was having issues and EGR valve was having issues. I replaced both items. The Check Engine light came on after 5min and the engine is idling around 400-500 RPM in neutral or drive. I checked all hoses and connections and everything appears to be good. I'm wondering if I have the 02 wires incorrect. I used the Bosch universal o2 sensor. It's wire colors are as followed:

BLK- Signal
GRY- Ground
WHT-Heater
WHT-Heater
