This is on my 2002 Sequoia not my LCs.
Recently the idiot lights have been on in my 2002 Sequoia. The lights are:
VSC OFF
VSC TRAC and
the Engine light.
In 2 WD mode the VSC and TRAC no longer kick in which is sort of fun because I can now do doughnuts in the parking lots
but I would like to know if there is something more serious going on.
It began with the snow fall and the VSC and/or TRAC kicking in while in 2WD. Then they would come and go. The other night my wife braked hard to avoid a deer in the road. She lost power, had to pull over, turn off the truck and restart it and they have been on since. (Start the engine, they are on, then go off, then come on and stay on.)
The owners manual only says to bring it to a dealer. I was hoping some of you might offer suggestions to what this is and if it is major or minor or can someone other than a dealer deal with it.
