Fall is coming folks. Time to dust off the camping gear and go wheeling!

For those of you new to the group - ICBM (I Cruised Barnwell Mountain) is our annual fall trip to Gilmer. It's listed as an event, but there's nothing organized about it. We pick a weekend and all go wheeling. No raffle, no banquet, no inspections... Just wheeling and camping. Any and all skill levels are welcome. If you've never been wheeling before, this is a great time to come out and give it a try. Plus fall camping in east Texas is very nice - unless there's a hurricane.

For ICBM this year we're going to team up again with TTR and probably TTORA and have a combined run.

The date is October 24-26. Mark your calendars and finish up those repairs you've been putting off.

I have not made any special arrangements with Barnwell. I should be there Friday night. I'll see if I can sneak out of work early on Friday.

I was planing on going Thursday afternoon.... Dennis is bringing his minitruck.

I will also bring Doc's grill He won from the Austin chapter. I will also be bringing the box of 62 parts, I will also be bringing the wife. And now I will be bringing two boxes of sponsored power bars.

We want to go up on Thursday to wheel friday and Sat.

BMRA's hours of operation are 8AM Friday to 6PM Sunday.

No special arrangements have been made to open the park early, so if you come Thursday night you will be camping outside the gate.

I called the front office the other day and the oh so frieindly person on the other end said it'd cost $150 to open the gate on Thursday and we'd have to get permission from the board. He said to go to the TMTC forums and ask there.

Yeah, the reason is that we have to have the security guard come in and work that evening. We work that out well ahead of time for Jamboree.
