I need a title/I.d tags for resoration project.

I need A title/ I.D plates for my troopy project. preferably 1965 or older to avoid needing emissions testing in my county. I am hoping has one from a parts rig or something, It would save me alot of hassle trying to get a title issued. if you can help please let me know. janaeknighton@yahoo.com
