Doesn't take much....
My recovered these folding cup holders from a Honda Odessy's rear seats at the Pick-N-Pull.
Mounted to a stack up of 1/2" ply wood x 3" wide with a strip of 1/8"x 1" wide ply at the top to offset the vertical curvature of the center consul.

Yup, CD changer location. Who needs a busted 6 spot CD changer when one has an 80 Gig Zune hooked to an AUX input?
I'll drop a drawer into that spot.
Well, they survived a run up to the top of Flag Pole Knob in VA this weekend. It'll do for now.
