I have finally seen one in person!!!

I saw one (silver/grey) at a dealer--just arrived today. Looked at it for about an hour with my salesperson.

Trust me when I say it looks far better in person than in pictures...especially the front end.

Im still not too crazy about the back lights, but it does look better in person than in pics.

Interior is just perfect.

I plan on ordering mine in the next week.

May be good or not so good but I got 2500 off sticker by saying I'll drive it home today for this price. No trade in. I suppose the deals will vary from dealer to dealer.

I saw my first one on the road yesterday. My wife wondered what in the heck I was looking at as my head quickly spun around to get a look! "No honey, not some hottie, just the new Land Cruiser!" It does look pretty good in person.

i went to check out the tlc at the dealer. liked it, a lot. still havent seen one on the road. im waiting for one of the 3 local lexus dealers to get the new lx in, so i can check it out. havent seen that one at the dealer, or on the road.

Just saw a new LX this afternoon. It was black and my first thought was "boy, that really doesn't do very much for me." The front end was what I saw mostly and I definitely prefer the LC's "grill" much better. Sometimes first opinions are correct, sometimes not...The overall design of the 200 really does leave me , let's just say, "uninspired". I just have a hard time imagining paying that kind of money for something I am that emotionless about. I do like the LC better than I did when I first saw it, but that's really not saying too much. I just think they could have done a much better job on the exterior styling . I haven't totally ruled out getting one, but it doesn't look likely.
