stough77- the clunk was fixed by greasing up the rear fitting on the drive shaft. It took quite a bit of grease. The sound happened as soon as I let off of the brake pedal and was about to press the accelerator.

Thanks for the info. I had heard the same sound and greased every zerk fitting in the rear and from time to time I think I still feel/hear it. However, I'm hesitant to over-grease the slip-yolk zerk as I've heard it can be bad... Cheers!

True, did you get the one on the drive shaft? I did grease the crap out of it though... turned out okay for me. Good luck I hope you are able to alleviate the problem with minimal frustration.
