Hypertherm Powermax 1000 G3

I've been saving for a Hypertherm Powermax65 with the thought that I might end up geting a CNC plasma table down the line. So a Powermax 1000 popped up local and the guy said he would take $1300 whcih is about half of the 65 new. Obviously I'm going to test it out before hand but does anyone have any advice for checking it out? Is this a reasonable price?

Wow, I paid more than that for my Hypertherm 45 new. I can only attest to how much I like it. Fantastic machine, wouldn't be happier with anything else. If you're wondering about price, go online and find your local dealer, I'm sure they would provide all the info/costs you need. PS- get a good drag tip!

Thanks for the feedback. Figured that Hypertherm was pretty much the name in plasma cutters and they aren't made too far from me. I checked online and found that it appeard to be a decent price and it came with a box full of regular and fine cut consumables. I had him fire it up for me and cut through a piece of 3/8" in plate.
