Yeah they do usually turn when they hit whatever system is hanging over us and make them bump up to OBX or Little River......

Still worth being aware if you did not grow up here on the coast and are a transplant or a Damn Yankee!

Well Hugo was a different animal. It made a B line for Charleston. Never turned, never weakened.

that is true...the ALL DONT MISS....ie HUGO.

This one is going to pack a little punch even though the eye will stay off coast...but those leading nw edges are the strongest as it hops up towards NC and VA.
