I was wondering if anybody else has a 2000 Toyota Tacoma where the stock wheels (seen below) are not hub-centric...
I have this rather pesky vibration when I hit speeds between 70 and 75 mph where it feels like the wheels are out of balance and I know they are not since I have just had them balanced. When I put my wheels on the truck, my friend noticed that they are not hub-centric; is this the same for all 2000 Tacoma's? I am wondering if Toyota took a wheel that was made for the 4 Runner or Land Cruiser and decided to put them on the Tacoma's....

Thanks!

I called the Tire place where I got my tires balanced and they did not have the capability to correctly balance lug centric wheels last year but they do have the capability now and will not charge me to balance my tires...
I will be psyched if I can actually get a nice smooth ride from my Taco...:bounce2:

Took my truck to have the wheels correctly balanced via the lugs and, VIOLA! She is running as smooth as a 4x4 with All Terrain tires can.... :-D
