I have a stock/OEM '16+ LC 200 18" wheel with a new 275/70/18 BFG KO2 AT tire, DOM 0121. This was my spare tire since new, the tire is two years old but it was purchased and mounted new from Discount tire in 2021 and has never touched the ground. The wheel has a standard air valve so no TPMS included. Asking $OLD, located in Bay City, TX 77414 but could possibly meet in the west/south west areas of Houston/suburbs.
