How's your ARB powder coating doing?

In looking at it closer, you can see dark marks that go with the area that popped off. It looks almost like someone put a asterisk or star on it with a marker or brush and they painted over it.

Wonder if something went on in the factory, they marked it for some reason then hit it with the powder coating. Whatever they marked it with did not get along with the coating.

That's kinda what I was thinking before I sanded it down and hit it with the spray can. It's really not that big of a deal. I mean it's just the surface treatment, not like a weld or structural imperfection. It's still fairly beefy front end protection.

IF you consider a new PC coat its a direct match to powder BK5

I had mine color matched and they blasted the old off and added a white primer then the gray BLG2.
The aftermarket coating is waaaaay thicker than stock ARB coating.
But its still cracking and flaking but I really dont blame the app as much as the rocks that have bent and twisted the bumper allowing a stress point in the coating.
