How to replace power window switch lights?

Forgive me if this is redundant, but i just spent two hours looking for a thread on this. I'm wanting to to get all my interior switch lights to work, all the switch lights in the door are out, and several on the the panel to the left of the steering wheel.
How hard is it to replace these lights, and where can i find these light other than the dealership? Do I need to remove the door panels in order to remove them? If there is a thread on this, please pint me in the right direction. Also, how do you remove the little switches/knobs from the dashboard for light replacement? What are the best tools/procedures to do so.

I believe he lights on the left of the steering wheel are T3 bulbs. You should just be able to push from the rear of the panel and they will pop out. As for the lights in the door panel I can not help because I have not switched those to LEDs yet!
