How to embed/attach a video

I uploaded a video to picasa Picasa Web Albums - CruiserYard - repair

Is there a way to either add it as an attachment or embed it into a post? Or perhaps it's an HTML5 issue?

Youtube is easy, haven't ever used Picasa...don't believe the forum has an automated process
