how much paint?

I am thinking about painting the side trim, front and rear bumpers of my 100 series. First of all, how much paint will I need. I assume I would use a two stage, right? Second, how would you recommend prepping the side trim. It has paint on it now. It has a lot of ridges that would be hard to sand. What grit would you recommend hitting the bumpers with. I dont think I need to prime since paint is already there. Please advise.

Always prime you will probably need a sealer.
Ask at your local auto paint store they will set you up with the proper supplies.
