Of the around since so many people By pass them, they can not be that expensive, are they..??

I need to operate a pneumatic cylinder (2" bore 16" stroke) for a wheel chair carrier and I was thinking the most KISS Solution will be to use a factory suspension compressor, my polar Bear was so basic, did not come with one..

Where do I find them... wanted Classifieds..??

Thanks.

Are you talking about the ahc suspension? It's hydraulic not pneumatic. The pump sits in the engine bay where the second battery would go.

Up really...

Thanks for the clarification...

How much they go for anyway..??
Not cheap unless bought off someone who removed the system from their rig. Plus don't know how it could be of use to you.

You're better off using a standard electric air compressor such as the ARB or viair.

As always very pragmatic (I prefer Hydro systems my self..)

Gracias..

Still I wonder what people do with those hunks of metal, they have no use after you take out the AHC suspension, same with the old range rovers, I don't think is one RR classic that still runs the air suspension..

Still can't decide if that's a good quality or not  saved my ass a ton of times, but can't help but wonder what would be if I thought more outside of the box.

Most guys I know that have committed the AHC-ectomy have left the pump with their mechanic or have sold them off to the next guy trying to mend his AHC.

Putting a RR part on a Toyota??? That will cause it to become the most unreliable POS you've ever driven!:D

Lucas electrics, 100% Reliable 23% of the time...

Actually we have a range rover classic for three years (trash hard, zero issues, the parts can be found mega cheap, since they are so many with blown engines, they are million of parts selling for a song..

I got the RR Classic for a $1000 as my first car (Did nit know how to drive it, did know how to fix it) invests about $650 on used RR parts, fluids, battery, etc, millions on gas, none on a tow truck and sold it for $2600 (silly me I did not ask for more)

Ps: The underside of the range rover was really nice (Engineer/well build) the interior and exterior feel apart "Like a cheap watch" like a friend will say..

Our cruiser has about 7 times more miles (320.000) still well put together, so much better vehicles..

Ps the Kardasian edition RR, Oh my,,, what a piece of pink and purple Turd...

One (or more) if these kits might take those numbers up (ever so slightly)
