How many times should I rebuild this clutch master

Thought about posting this on the big board, but they would all tell me to buy the whole master/slave assembly. The last oem kit I purchased from sor gave me about 10 years of service, so I'm leaning on going that route again. Also, if the bore is clean (i.e. no pitting), do I need to run a lite hone job or just leave it alone.

Unless there is pitting or it shows bad wear marks I always just rebuild them. But I do hone them everytime.
