How many of you have sold or Traded your Heritage Edition for LX 600? I'd like to get the LX600 but still wanting to keep my Heritage Edition. Fishing for logic, thoughts, regrets, happy? Be gentle, no flamers pls. Thanks!

Test drive one. The 2025 has massaging seats, digital screen gauges, the advanced safety system (probably a downside honestly), and more models have soft close doors (huge upgrade it needed them and I hope to retrofit to my 2024).

The 5.7 is smoother and power transition more linear. The transmission and throttle by wire tuning on my 600 is complete crap, I plan to tune it. No conclusive data I know of but the 700 hybrid is supposedly smoother power transition etc.

The LX does fine off road.

I am going to use the GCC recommended oil weights as US only recommends 0-20.

I have a 700 OT on order and probably just going to keep my 600 and so some mods to it. I am ok with the limited slip on the Fsport. I am not rock crawling and this works better. It needs some aftermarket programming, real skids, rock rails, and trailer brake controller.

Be aware there are Toyota nut swingers (probably a bad thing as it gives Toyota too much credibility), but this is why I got this over other SUVs. I own a Ranch and construction company. This is close to a mid 2010s Sclass quality but Tundra drivetrain, my other daily is an F250.

I don't have a Heritage Edition, but I do have a 2010 Amazon Green 200. I bought a lightly used LX 600 Luxury in - you guessed it - Nori Green. It's the Lexus version of the Range Rover Sport, and I really like it. It's quick, comfortable, and lots of creature features. Super good paint job and body integrity. Not crazy about a couple of rattles and the fluttering hood, but oh well.

But I couldn't bear to part with old Faithful, so she's going to the body shop tomorrow for an entire exterior re-do. All new paint, all new black pieces and trim, new headlights, new grill.

KEEP BOTH.

I have toyed around with the idea of trading my HE for a lightly used 2023 LX, just because of the lane centering feature and all speed CC for the long trips, but deep down I know I would miss the LC, so right now gave up on that. The HE is rare enough to hold value extremely well and no matter the tech it is built better than anything else - even the 300 series. Also in terms of design, the LX looks more modern but this is not necessarily a good thing. It kinda blends with everything else. The other day I caught myself comparing it to a “gasp” RAV4. If you look the side profile and compare the two you will see the similarities. I look at the LX and it also looks similar to any of the Escalades or Rovers in any upscale neighborhood. The LC, in special with the HE beauty treatment, is so rugged and unique that stands out from anything else. Just added a CarPlay module to mine and it is perfect. My advice? Don’t do it. When the novelty wears off you will miss your HE. ;)

My blend-in 600.

I am not trying to piss on the LX guys. There is a lot to like there. Especially with us not getting the 300 series stateside, but you gotta admit the lines are there. ;) Fender flares, hood, front facia, spoiler, etc... I am not saying quality, build and driving experiences are comparable. Just design.

I actually love the RAV.

Excellent points, Gents. Appreciate them all! I think if I even get a LX600, Im keeping the Heritage! I like the LX600 interior and the Mark Levinson but unsure of the engine. Dilemma :D Curious too how many here have TWO LC's in their garages

Yes, I definitely can’t tell a difference.

Can you clarify what you mean by all speed CC?
Unless I'm mistaken by what you mean; my '19 200 has Adaptive Cruise Control (standard equipment), Heck, even my '04 Sienna Limited XLT (sold) had it.
I do love it, use it all the time
Thanks
