How is this a lift kit?

Just looked at it & messaged him - FJs don't have ball joints or lower control arms.

Thats kinda wierd! It almost looks like it could be for a spring over. Looks like a heavy duty arm and some new bushings. Thats my best guess anyways... dont really know what all the little rubber stoppers are for tho!
