How do you remove the sub woofer

I want to check and maybe replace it with a better maybe a bigger one. what size of the sub can I install?

I just removed mine. was pretty straightforward. Probably can't put much in there without lots of custom work. I put one of my amplifiers in that location instead and built a 1 cubic foot box with single ten inch sub.

Do a search. I think someone here did an enclosure in the factory area with an 8?
