How do you remove the bezel with the ash tray and lighter ?

Does the panel with the ashtray lighter and 12volt plug just pull out ? I got the top of it free but the bottom seems to be held in with a bolt ?

Also does the panel with the sifter just pull up and off it seems like it might be what is holding in the bottom of the other one.

Ran into this last week when installing a USB. Yes remove the shifter panel first, then the cig panel will pop right out. I also picked up some plastic panel removal tools at o'reilly for about $10. Helped out a lot.

The shifter panel pulls up from the rear. Grab it in the cup holder area and lift straight up. You have to unscrew the center diff shifter knob first then unplug the switch connectors as you lift up.
