My left rear window switch in the door is flaky. The front drivers switch works perfect, so it is the rear switch. How do I remove it to try to clean it??

going from memory pull out the ashtray and then pop the plastic trim piece off carefully. disconnect the harness and take it to the bench and get busy. isopropyl alcohol is your friend.
