when you post a reply, below the message area there is a section that says: attach files, below that is a button that says: manage attachments, click on that and then you can browse files on your computer. you may have to resize pics if they are too big, it will tell you how many kb's you can upload, and unless you have a star you can only post a few pictures.
Click on "Manage Attachments" below this dialogue box. Then click browse, go to whatever program on your computer that has your pic, select it.
If you need to resize it, then search for resize pictures on here, and there is a free link floating around. I use irfanview.
