how do I get my club into the clubhouse corner?

I'm a member of the Gold Coast Cruisers in Ventura Ca.
We are a sanctioned TLCA group and I am looking for info on how I can start my clubs forum thru here like the many others.

Is there a minimum member requirement?
A fee?
where would I find a FAQ regarding this?

This is something that I want to find info on thru this site, my president currently has no computer and we need to facilitate this as an option.

I am also looking for any old historical photo's or memo's or stickers from the original Ventura County LandCruiser club to use on our club's website. The four part series in Trails was awesome, I'd like to put something like that on our page as well.

minimum requirements include....mmm....ok, there are none...we're easy...

if you sacrifice a virgin water buffalo on the 2nd tuesday of the month which coincides with a full moon, there is no monthly maintenance fee...of course, webcam presentation of such is required for proof, as well as the signature of at least two deceased Canadian mounties.
