How do I change posting time?

I just posted to a thread, and the time stamp of my post is 2 hrs out. I went to my profile to look, but did not see how to change local time zone. Can you help me out. I'm currently in Alberta, but tomorrow home in BC, so I'd like to post in my real location if I can.

The post shows 5:57 am when it should have read 7:57 am.

once posted, it cannot be changed. Period.
