How difficult is it to replace the pass side rocker panel?

Hey everyone,
I need to replace the pass side rocker on my 87 fj60 due to rust. What might I expect to pay to have that done? How difficult of a job is it? Any tips or ideas?

I am going to have to do somethign with this on both sides of my cruiser one day.

2 options.
1- Cut it out and paint everything in there with por-15. Then get sliders made to fit into that space. (More ground clearance)
2- Take it to a shop or replace it yourself. Either way isnt going to be easy. either $ spent or lots and lots of time.

what about getting a new rocker? Is cruiserparts.net my only hope?

I guy in our local TLCA chapter did this - it actually didn't look too bad.
