Hotlinking in signature

I would like to add a hotlink in my signature, but there's a catch: I want a single word to be hotlinked, and not actually have a long hotlink in my signature.

i.e. You can click on the "Fat Amy" below, and it will take you to my build thread.

I know I have seen other people do this before, so I know it is possible!

Enter a word, highlight the word with your cursor, click the paperclip above, enter the URL, done.

[ URL='http://website.com' ] name [ /URL ] <-- remove the 6 spaces, viola
