@clx16 the radiator takes time to warm up in any case my radiator is connected OEM so it is in useFor some reason i thought you had a manual 5 speed in your rig. I was wondering why you just didn't use the bottom of the radiator as your heat exchanger. I've looked at several like the one you've installed and i just haven't pulled the trigger yet. Very cool!
@Rwhat I have temp controller (36.4 deg c in the tank when the pic was taken 42 deg C target) it controls the circulation pump the shower head as on off valve for water conservationLooks good. 10 plate heat exchanger from the looks of it. Which works the best. You will eventually want to add a thermostatic heater valve. If you take showers. I usually fill a old 1 gaIlon bleach bottle to fill to conserve water. I mounted mine on the frame rail.
Pro tip, shower time with the rig running is a good time to make a pot of rice if you got a 400 watt inverter and a 120v 3 cup rice pot.
