For some reason i thought you had a manual 5 speed in your rig. I was wondering why you just didn't use the bottom of the radiator as your heat exchanger. I've looked at several like the one you've installed and i just haven't pulled the trigger yet. Very cool!

Looks good. 10 plate heat exchanger from the looks of it. Which works the best. You will eventually want to add a thermostatic heater valve. If you take showers. I usually fill a old 1 gaIlon bleach bottle to fill to conserve water. I mounted mine on the frame rail.

Pro tip, shower time with the rig running is a good time to make a pot of rice if you got a 400 watt inverter and a 120v 3 cup rice pot.

@clx16 the radiator takes time to warm up in any case my radiator is connected OEM so it is in use

@Rwhat I have temp controller (36.4 deg c in the tank when the pic was taken 42 deg C target) it controls the circulation pump the shower head as on off valve for water conservation

Beautiful setup.
I have very similar heat exchanger but it's taller. I have not hooked it up yet.
Plan to Run Jet-flo on demand Pump.
Might be best to pump it to mixing reservoir like one of those 5 gallon shower bags?
I bought an Anti-Scald Valve, but may not need it?
Open to any Recommendations - Thanks

After much consideration of your new setup, have a couple q's from an efficiency standpoint.
Do you still carry a propane tank for use with other equipment?
Was it not enough when you ran the water heater off it?
Is the 22gal on-board all the time or is it dropped at base camp?
How do you heat only the water you need to without heating an entire tanks contents?
