This is the gasket that goes under the “Toyota” emblem on pre 73 FJ40 steering wheels. Everyone I have seen comes out in pieces and I found one that could be used to make duplicates, any ideas on how to make a bunch?

I would suggest a laser cutter, that machine can cut most thin fibrous or rubber materials. If you need help creating a CAD file for the project, I'll be happy to help.

Thank you Andrew, a local friend is making a file of this and we’ll be able to make them as needed. A lot of people don’t even know about this gasket, I try to get everything back to original when I restore a wheel, so this will help. I think he’ll be able to handle it, I’ll let you know if I run into any trouble.
Thanks
