That's right, I'm seeking the JDM horizontal heated seat switch. (PLEASE with wiring harness)
Part numbers 84751-60040 and 84751-60030.

I've searched all I can for these, and all I can find is "discontinued" or a bunch of confusing Japanese text. Anybody who can get me these will be greatly appreciated!

Yes, but buying things new from Toyota, especially rare parts, is extremely expensive.

Pay to play. Get some cheap hazard lights rewire them put some tape over the switch and make your own.
