Hey Guys,

I recently moved to Conway and have been looking for a 06-07 LC or LX for a good while. Just haven't found the right one. I've been watching this forum and have appreciated the great input.

I would like to know where everyone looked when purchasing their LC...Cars.com,Autotrader, CL.....

There doesn't seem to many listed on Cars.com or Autotrader locally. So I cruse the used lots from time to time. Just wish there was a better way to view inventory that's somewhat local.

Not sure if anyone else saw the LC at Landers Auto Sales in Benton a few weeks back ...06 with 21k miles, And it had 2 previous owners. IT WAS CLEAN in and out.

Again, thanks for the great info. I look forward to hearing your input.

Welcome!

I found my 80 on CL. Spent a couple of years looking before I decided to buy. I prefer to buy from individuals rather than dealers, but thats just me.
Dallas CL usually has quiet a few LC's listed. Check the classifieds here on Mud also.

Thanks. I'll keep an eye on CL.

Yep, Craigslist is the default, but the other places you listed work too. These trucks just don't pop up as often as a Chevy 1500 truck does, so you have to be patient and vigilant in searching. Be sure to increase your search distance. You might just find the right truck in a neighboring state.

Also, don't forget that this very forum has a 100 series classified section: https://forum.ih8mud.com/forums/uzj100-lx470.329/

I setup a search alert on Autotrader that eventually popped up my '01 LX. I had already pretty much given up on getting a cruiser and was looking at other vehicles when it just happened to hit. I would also go through and manually search the used inventories of all the local lots with websites...but generally they will cross post something that a few years old to Autotrader or cars.com anyway... For craigslist I like searchtempest.com. It will search various craiglist locations within a certain distance from you. When you search for a car it might try to throw you to autotempest.com(which is also a decent search site that aggregates the results from various car search engines)...but tell it to just stay on searchtempest for a straight up craigslist search...

Thanks, that's good to know. The problem I see is that not even half of the used car lots in AR use cars.com or autotrader. Guess it could be the fees. I've got a short list of used car lots that have had LC's in the past, and I look at them weekly.

Thanks again for tips.
