I'm out too.

The broken spring was just the easy to see problem, the frame is cracked around and under the spring hanger. So the quick fix became more complicated and time consuming. Then today at work I found out that I have to be in early and stay late every day this week. So there goes my time.

I'm still going to try to make it but it is a long shot.

I am in the middle of writing my qualifying exams for the darned 'ol Ph.D. The deadline is Sept. 8th, so I have been busy trying to finish up.

I have not left my desk in a long time. I should go for a walk .

Just got back from CO, little $$, and got a new job, and am breaking up with my GF and moving...argh....too much to do.

packed the camping gear last night....tonite is checkup time for the 40 (haven't wheeled it since...mm...Tellico?!?)

Wed is checkup nite for the 80, and final loading....

Ah...the good ole qualifying exams....they kinda take the fun out of life. Been there indeed.

Now, once you get past that and get to the dissertation, you are going to think the exams were a cake walk....(writing my dissertation for what seems to be forever these days)....
