One of my neighbors has a pretty cherry looking Trail 90 for sale. He's asking $1200 OBO. The only thing wrong is the seat needs to be reupholstered. It runs very nicely.

Too much, I know, but what would be a decent offer?
 
That is what nice ones go for around here. I would offer him $1k, if it is as nice as you say it is
