Let’s get to it.
2x 24”x10” Reflectix (Home Depot)
3yds Duck Canvas Fabric
5x 3yd Double Bias Tape (trim)
All purpose thread.
Sowing Machine - unless you’re that good by hand👍

Take the widest/tallest measurements for each desired window and use that as your cutout size. Just smash the reflective material into the window and sharpie the outline and mark it so you know which piece goes where.

The crosshatch sowing can be done any way, but the way I did it allows to accordion it down to pack away (like your typical windshield sunscreen)

All in I’d say $50 and 4-5 hours of time.

Nice job! Looks great.

I dig it. I got a whole set that covers every window from Heat Shield for my 100, but it looks like they only have the windshield for the 200s. Have you been storing yours flat or rolling them up?

I haven't finished them yet - but they fold up along the vertical seams I sewed in. I'll most likely make a case out of the left over duck canvas material.

great work. I ordered a full set from solar screens in Australia a couple years back. It is literally one of the best investments I have made. We were just down in southern utah where it was 110 degrees every day. Those are life savers.

How have your Heat Shield window covers worked out? Weather Tech doesn’t have the full set for the 100.

I sold my 100 a while back, but the Heatshield window covers were pretty good. The suction cups could have been better, and they definitely did better when they were stored flat, but they were well made and definitely worked.
