I have known for a long time that home buyers, and those who refinance often get ripped off. I am not looking for business but for anyone in the club that is getting ready to purchase a home of refinance please talk to me. I will let you know how lenders REALLY make their money. Ill let you in on the lenders black book or ripoffs.

Once again I am not asking for your business!! I just dont want anyone in the club to get taken.

I am of the opinion that (as a club) we need to use the resorces we have so ask away.

ya but ur the smart one, youd be amzed how many consumers are getting a 40 yr interest only loan and paying 8% of the loan amount up front!!

You're crazy, I do it not for the Lexus but the Dubs, 5 plasmas and the $2,000 bottles of some crap in my fridge! If MTV Cribs shows up at my house I'm gonna sure as heck be ghetto ready! YEAAAAAAAHHHHH BOY!

Josh can not only save your marriage with this info but he's a good guy on top of it all... He does have a side job cleaning pools though, that's alittle scary..... Even so I still have him looking into a loan for me.. I figure if you can't do a 15 year you can't afford it... Way to go RHINO!
