YIKES! It's only about a month until our annual Holiday Party & December Club Meeting! Once again, Club Treasurer Jerry L'Ecuyer has graciously offered the use of his home, which is set up very well for entertaining, and will accommodate a group our size. Please Note: The Holiday Party/Meeting will be on the 2nd Sunday of December, to account for a late Thanksgiving this year and our Truckhaven Club Run. Save the date, and change your calendar if you have the meetings set up as a Recurring Event!
We would like to do a catered dinner this year, if we have enough time to do so. Marc Mason has volunteered to contact the caterer and coordinate all the details. But, to do that Marc will need a good headcount of folks who will be attending. Will you please RSVP to me at: josephroy@cox.net as soon as you can, so that we can make appropriate arrangements? I'll need to know if you will be attending, and how many will be in your party.
Also, we're working on a club raffle for the party, and we should have some very good, useful, and fun raffle items this year. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the party, $1 each or $20 for 25, with a maximum limit of $20 per person, to keep it fun! I hope to see as many of you there as possible!
