HJ75 turbo engine rebuild

Anyone know a good engine reconditioner/engineer for a Landcruiser diesel rebuild - I have a 88 HJ75 with a 2H engine and aftermarket turbo - want to put stronger Internals to handle about 8-10psi of boost and replace all rubber pipes etc. any suggestions around in Brisbane, Australia?

Anyone familiar with stronger than standard parts from overseas?

Engines Australia will have the parts if anybody.Their head office is in S Aust but they have a branch in every state.
