HJ61 Wiring Diagram & Vacuum Diagram needed (1 Viewer)

Hi Diesel Folks,
I am in the middle of my conversion of my 1982 FJ40 to a 24-volt 12HT engine grafted from a 1986 JDM HJ61.

I would LOVE to find a copy of the HJ61 factory wiring diagram and vacuum diagrams. Does anyone have a copy, know where a scan of the FSM pages exist, could make a scan of these diagrams etc.?

Were HJ61's also exported to english-speaking countries like Australia?
Is the HJ61 FSM in Japanese-only?
Is it possible to find the HJ61 FSM online or imaged as a PDF somewhere?

I already have a pretty good hunch on most of the vacuum/electrical components in the engine, but this knowledge is. piece-meal at best.

The schematics would be REALLY desirable and super-appreciated.

Yep Oz got lots of them,I had one,and no the manuals are in english too.

Let it load completely before enlarging any diagrams
There are 2 vac diagrams,I think one maybe for aircon fitted vehicles.
The parts # are obsolete.

The vacuum idle up is available for the aircon on the 12HT but the power steering idle up is no longer available anywhere. [Japan, Europe or Australia.]The same parts are available for the 2H but are not interchangeable with the 2H.

Thanks. I have seen those web pages.
The problem is that they show hose *routing* around the engine. It does NOT show which accessories are attached to the hoses. It is not really a schematic. Therefore there are (obsolete) part numbers and generic names like "Vacuum switch". Since my engine was already pulled from the vehicle when I got it, I am at a disadvantage in guessing where things were connected.

What I am looking for are true schematic diagrams for both the electrical and vacuum system.

Even if the only FSM is in Japanese, I would have it translated by someone. I will also scan my work and post it when done.

BTW: I *believe* my system has the power a/c idle boost options. I am not sure how to tell if it has the P/S boost option. How can I tell?

ah, seems like the vac diagrams are pulled. anyone have another solution? cant remeber seeing this in the fsm?
