It also appears that parts are CONSIDERABLY cheaper in the US, The ARB locker alone just cost me $2100 AUD, that equates to about $3000 +- USD.....

HOLY SMOKES!!!! That's insane!!! Wouldn't it be cheaper to have someone in the U.S. purchase one and ship it to you? We can get them for about $650, I think.

Well, we here in Washington state are lucky in that even if your rig is not so legal, unless you are being STUPID the police typically leave you alone.

As for the ARB guys, I'm turbo (diesel) pals with them here in Seattle.

That kind of means I get a good deal for being Mr. ARB advertiser.

The truck has stock springs with 13" travel shocks on custom mounts, swaybars disconnected. The stock springs flex like crazy. Being that the truck only has 40k original miles , I think I should get a few good years out of the stockers. It flexes better than my other truck with OMEs that were dearched to stock height. Here some pic from CM2003 on the ramp. The last one is at Tip Over Challenge on Hells Revenge. The truck stayed better planted than my other on also.
