I've written a small guide that distils down all of the issues you'll encounter and the parts you'll need for putting a 2H engine into an HJ45.. a bit of a draft still, if you've done this conversion I'd appreciate a fact check/proof read as its been a few years since I did one.

In reality the conversion for an FJ40/FJ45 wont be dramatically different, I'll add some notes to that effect at some point. The guide also covers off on the complicating factors that moving to a H55F brings with it.
